I'm not alone!!

After induction part 2 this evening I feel more focus coming into my work. It was good to hear that I was in a similar place to others who have just began the course. It gave me confidence to continue with what I have been doing.
Tonight I've revisited my Job Description and have realised there is so much more to my Job than planning, teaching and assessing the list is endless. But whilst looking at the planning and assessing once again im thinking Which one comes first, do we plan to assess or assess to plan? Does that even make sense? (It does in my head).
Looking forward to getting on with my AOLs later this week. I've got a few that have organically come out of the past week of reflecting excited to see where they are going to go and end up!
